Born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee, Kathleen moved to Nashville as a Belmont University student and fell in love with the city. In her first year as a Realtor, she sold $10.5 million dollars worth of real estate and was awarded Rookie of the Year by her brokerage. Her knowledge of the Nashville area, seasoned marketing experience, negotiation skills, and professional relationships within the industry have helped her become a one-stop shopping source for buyers and sellers.
