What is something you do to motivate yourself to be the best version of yourself? For me, I read this.

I bought this picture to remind myself to always strive to be the best and if I am lacking that I have the power to make the necessary changes in my life to get to where I want to be.

It also resonated, DEEPLY, with me as a reminder of my rescue pup, Hope ()...and why I chose that as her name. She was rescued from a hoarder property with 150 other pups and she is still learning to trust and figuring out how to be a dog. Hope came into my life right before lockdown and I was hopeful for her and hopeful that the world would eventually get back to "normal".
