I am grateful for the opportunity to List and Sell my neighbors / clients home in the Salemtown / Germantown Neighborhood. Definitely one of the most challenging sales I have experienced. We weathered the storm during the tornadoes and stayed healthy during the Covid. Once it was all said and done I was able to negotiant a sale that allowed them to capitalize on their investment. Working with my clients on this investment project was an honor and a great learning opportunity. I suggested to them that they rezone these HPR homes to a RM-15 zoning. This allowed them to be approved for Airbnb and therefore allowing them to capitalize on their investment by increasing the Market Value from 325,000 to 350,000.
