Want critical inside scoop surrounding one of the BIGGEST pitfalls buyer's are unknowingly making regarding new construction?

It's signing without their own representation. What does that really mean you ask? The agent(s) at a model home or new development have legal representation with the seller i.e. the builder or developer. That is who they work for and who they have a fiduciary responsibility to.

Builder contracts are written to protect the builder/Seller...NOT the Buyer! Without your own representation, you will miss opportunities to negotiate pricing, upgrades, important timelines, or protections that matter long after closing. Having a professional real estate advocate ensures your interests are represented from the first signature to the final walk-through. And please don't think you are saving money by not having your own representation because the Seller has already planned to pay for a buyer's agent...it's built into their listing agreement to sell the property LONG before a Buyer ever comes along.
