Sometimes being “in the right place at the right time” isn't just luck.
I just had the opportunity to help buyers secure a beautiful brand-new home that had unexpectedly become available after the original contract fell through. The home hadn't officially come back on the market yet.
But here's the part of the story I love most...
These buyers first reached out to me three years ago. And, believe it or not, it was three years to the day that we walked through the house they would ultimately decide to call home!
Over those three years, we stayed connected, made plans, and took steps to be ready when the right opportunity came along.
What might look like perfect timing was actually three years in the making.
The best opportunities don't always come with advance notice. But being prepared puts you in a position to take advantage of them when they do.
