January 1, 2021 I took a chance with getting into residential real estate. As for most, this is a scary, but rewarding business to get into. With that being said, I set out for a goal of completing over $10 million in volume within my first two years. This month, I achieved that goal with with four months to spare. This may not seem like a big number to most, but as. 25 year old getting into the industry, I felt like this would set a reasonable, yet high expectation to try and reach. I don’t want to post this to boast or brag. I want to put this out there to say that it is possible to be a young agent in the industry and achieve success early on in your career. As a solo agent, I want to say it is possible to network on your own, become your own social media manager, find your own mentor, create your own website, manage your own expenses, build your own brand, and all the other things that come with being a real estate agent. It just takes the WORK! I look forward to what the future holds as Nashville continues to grow, and I want to thank every single one of my clients, friends, and family for believing me. If you are a young agent like myself, I promise this is possible and I hope to inspire those who look to do the same.
