Done Deal! 🎉

We’re excited to announce the signing of a new 1,600-SF lease at Mane Shopping Center in Shelbyville, TN. The former GameStop space has been backfilled by El Hornito, a popular and authentic Mexican panadería, marking its fourth Middle Tennessee location.

With this lease completed, the Walmart-shadowed shopping center is now fully leased. A special thank you to our Lee Nashville colleague, Hunter Pilgreen, for helping make this transaction happen. We couldn’t have done it without you!

At this year's Lee & Associates Lee Summit, we enjoyed connecting with our fellow Lee Retail brokers from around the country through industry roundtables, networking events, and memorable outings at some of Music City’s best bars and restaurants.

A highlight was our Lee Retail cocktail party on Monday evening, held on the 25th floor of the Batman Building. The views were incredible, the conversations were meaningful, and a great time was had by all.

We're excited about the opportunities ahead and the continued growth of this outstanding network of retail professionals, serving markets from coast to coast. A special thank you to Lee Retail leadership, notably Dan Dutton, whose vision, dedication, and commitment to our collective success continue to drive our platform forward. We are grateful for all he does on behalf of the Lee Retail community.

The Retail Team at Lee & Associates Nashville is incredibly excited about Lee Summit, which is being hosted in Music City this year at the JW Marriott June 8-9! This year’s agenda will have two full days of panels, specialty breakouts, and training sessions for brokers, integrated-services professionals, office managers, and marketing teams. The expanded agenda provides even more opportunities to connect with our colleagues from across North America and hear from industry experts.
