Homes I toured with clients recently but never ended up putting an offer on (front and back of each!)

Sometimes this business is full of ups and downs. There are gorgeous homes and times when you really envision yourself and your family in one that you tour but maybe one or two things don’t check your “must have” box. It can be devastating, especially in this low inventory market we are in at the moment. That’s all ok 🧘🏽‍♀️ Patience, financial well-being and dreaming big while maintaining realistic expectations are how I serve my clients best every day. Keep on keeping on homebuyers and home sellers! Home inspiration I’ve been loving lately: Lots of natural colors and textures mixed with design inspired by nature and a subtle artistic spin. I LOVE brown and black together and how it goes against the traditional rules against the two. Mudrooms are one of the most underrated parts of a house and definitely deserve some love and attention!!
