16 Studios $1,375-$2,224 per month;
26 One-Bedrooms $1,553-$2,736 per month;
29 Two-Bedrooms $1,731-$3,586 per month;

17 parking spaces available to BMR renters for an additional $100-$250 a month depending on unit type and will be offered to households in lottery rank order. Must be income eligible and must not own a home. Households must earn no more than the maximum income levels below:

65% of Area Median Income
One person - $68,200; 2 persons - $77,950; 3 persons - $87,650; 4 persons - $97,400; 5 persons- $105,200

90% of Area Median Income
One person - $94,400; 2 persons - $107,900; 3 persons - $121,350; 4 persons - $134,850; 5 persons- $145,650

130% of Area Median Income
One person - $136,350; 2 persons - $155,850; 3 persons - $175,300; 4 persons - $194,800; 5 persons- $210,400

Applications must be received by 5PM on Friday, February 21, 2025.
