It has been a very dry month for me.....but finally secured a bound contract in Ashland city for a client.... Consistency and patience is definitely a prerequisite in this buisness.

You get married and spend between $10-50k for ONE day, people will clap and cheer for you.

You take a $200k+ loan from the bank to buy your first home, people will clap and cheer for you.

You take a $30k+ loan for a nice car
(a depreciating asset) with an interest rate, people will clap and cheer for you.

That's almost $400,000 in total debt that MANY people are living in, and somehow they are feeling good about it because people are congratulating them for it.

Now, go and tell those same people you invested a few hundred or better yet several thousand dollars to start your own business or flip that first property...

“Are you sure?”
“What if it doesn’t work?”
“Can you get your money back?”
“What if people laugh at you?”

This year, pay attention to who you’re surrounding yourself with and who’s speaking into your life.

After weeks of rejections from sellers.....I was finally able to secure an accepted offer for one of my clients!This market is ridiculously competitive.But I tell them every week you gotta be patient,but yet diligent to get what you desire in life.What we thought was gonna be a long journey, only took a month in a half to secure deal.I wake up everyday and believe the impossible is possible. offers......Had to become very strategic to get my clients offers noticed over the multiple ones we're competing against.I'm consistent and I faint not in this insane Nashville market.
