Some homes are more than four walls—they’re the backdrop to generations of life.

This one has been in this family since 1964. For more than six decades, it has witnessed birthdays, holidays, milestones, and countless everyday moments that became lifelong memories. Closing this chapter I know is bittersweet, but it’s also the beginning of an exciting new one.

It was a true honor to help guide and advise two dear friends through a decision that carried so much meaning. Being trusted with a home and a story like this is something I never take for granted.
