QUESTION OF THE DAY:

If you find a listing that's been on the market for over 90 days, and you are attempting to show the house to your buyers, but the listing agent never responds to your many attempts to contact them...is it because

A. The house has been on the market so long that the listing agent doesn't respond (presumably because they are "over it")?
OR
B. The house has been on the market so long BECAUSE the listing agent doesn't respond?
