I’ve been saying this for a couple years now, Charlotte Park is about one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Nashville! Family friendly neighborhood, huge 28 acre park, and a marina that’s going to see an amazing revitalization! Please give me a call if you want to get in while you still can!

This Nashville developer has spent years building dozens of homes in what he says is one of the city's last undiscovered gems. "Other neighborhoods have played their tune. You’ll have more development there, but I think their future is kind of decided."

This time of year, folks love decorating their house for Halloween and Thanksgiving using pumpkins. Unfortunately a lot of those pumpkins end up in the trash. This year I decided to start a Pumpkins for Pigs collection in Charlotte Park and take those pumpkins to a local farm to feed to the pigs. These guys are going to have a great thanksgiving! Well, at least those that don’t end up on the dinner table will! Lol.

One day you’re getting a box of golf balls, the next you’re having the 💩 scared out of you as you walk up to knock on the door to this house. It was just a leftover Halloween decoration, but I may never be able to recovery fully.

There are a few perks to going door to door building relationships with friends and making new ones. I do, on occasion, catch someone having a bad day. However, when you have another great conversation with someone you’ve talked with before, and he shakes your hand and tells you he appreciates the hustle and hands you a box of Pro V-1’s, there is no better feeling. 🙂 Can’t wait to go out and lose these! Lol.
