"Rejection is not a failure."

In our life in Real Estate, we don't always get a "YES". We get more "NO's", especially when we're still starting.

The "NO's" we got since I started took me to where I am right now.

How?

I learned to continue and be consistent at an early age in my Real Estate Career, and now I am coaching/mentoring real estate investors no matter what stage they are in their business.

Rejection is a sign that you're one step closer to your goals.

Keeping in touch with your leads/sellers can create a huge impact on your real estate business.

𝐈𝐧 𝐦𝐲 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝟔𝟎% 𝐨𝐟 𝟏𝟎𝟎+ 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐈 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰-𝐮𝐩, 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐨𝐧 𝐦𝐲 𝟏𝐬𝐭 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫.

Like in social media marketing, you cannot convert your leads into a client or a sale unless they are ready to buy on your first touch. You have to be the go-to person when they need help, and eventually earn their trust after keeping in touch and following up.

So when buying houses from sellers, keeping in touch can increase the chances of converting them. Let them know you're interested, and you'll be surprised after the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, or 6th follow-up!
