Closing day wins for my buyer client! They walked into their new home with eighteen thousand dollars in instant equity, a much shorter work commute, and not just one but two community pools, which was high on their wish list. We grabbed lunch just 36 days ago, and today we’re celebrating a smooth closing on a home we first toured in a freezing downpour in late November. It was the first of ten showings that day, and it ended up being the one.

I even surprised them with a custom doormat for their new place. Little touches like that make my job so fun!
