Elizabeth Raines worked magic pairing a first time homebuyer on 1099 income with the lender who could get it done. A bank statement loan with less than 20% down, waived payment shock factor, and a favorable fixed interest rate sealed the deal. On top of a win with non-traditional financing, closing costs were negotiated to be paid by the seller.

We love seeing a first time homebuyer win and break into homeownership, especially when they don’t have to bring any extra cash to the closing table!
