✅ Log in to your Resident Portal (website or app)
✅ Go to ‘Request Maintenance’ in Quick Links
✅ Add a description, photos, and issue location
✅ Submit and track your progress right from your dashboard.

You’ll get a confirmation email once your work order is created—so you’re always in the know.
