It’s 5am on a Wednesday… where do you find your Realtor?

I’m working through a deal that’s already under contract, and negotiations are getting tight.

I keep coming back to the idea of a true win-win, something Stephen Covey talks about in Habit #4. That’s the goal, especially when things get close.

So instead of waiting to see how it plays out, I’m on the phone with my coach before most people are out of bed, talking through strategy and making sure we’re setting this up the right way for both sides.

This is the part most people don’t see, however it’s what gets deals across the finish line.

Last Thursday I had the chance to be in the room at 7 Minutes of Impact… and honestly, it lived up to the name.

7 speakers. 7 minutes each.
No fluff. No filler. Just real, actionable insight.

What I loved most is how intentional everything was—this wasn’t your typical “networking event.” It was built for people who actually value their time. In just a few hours, you get the kind of clarity you’d normally expect from a multi-day conference.

From the high-level conversations to the content creation opportunities, to just being surrounded by other driven business owners… it was one of those rooms where you can feel things shifting.
