Here is the six-step process I use with out-of-state buyers:
1. We meet first. On Zoom or in person, we define your preferred area, price point, must-haves, and timeline — and we talk through how we’ll work together, so there are no surprises down the road.
2. After our initial intake call, I connect you with local lenders licensed in Tennessee and familiar with Williamson County if needed.
3. We search virtually using live video tours, Realtracs, and area analytics to compare towns and neighborhoods across Williamson County.
4. We plan one focused trip, not random showings. You see the areas and homes at the top of your list.
5. We prepare the offer together virtually and you sign from home— I manage the negotiation.
6. I attend inspections and keep the transaction moving toward closing. Mail-away closings may be available.
And then you’re done and you can move right in! I’m with you every step of the way.
