Morgan is a native of the Greater Nashville area, where she was born and raised. After completing her studies at Samford University in 2015, she returned to her hometown to start a business with her family in Downtown Clarksville, TN. However, her passion for helping people find a place to call home led her to pursue a career in real estate.

In December 2019, Morgan began her real estate career in Clarksville, Tennessee. Since then, she has helped dozens of families in the Greater Nashville area find the perfect home and community. With a deep knowledge of the local neighborhoods and a commitment to excellent customer service, Morgan is dedicated to ensuring that each of her clients finds a home that meets their unique needs and preferences.

In 1955 the median household income was $4,400, median home price was $18,269 (Mortgage Interest Rates were not accurately tracked at this time). Compared to today: median household income is $75,143, median home price is $444,300, and mortgage rates are 6.743 on a 30-Yr. Conforming. The historical average mortgage interest rate is 7.75 (tracked since 1971).

Congratulations to my clients on the purchase of this beautiful home in Green Hills! 🙌🏼 SOLD 🙌🏼

Congratulations to my clients on getting their condo sold! It’s been very special and an honor getting to work for these clients as they are my older sister and brother-in-law and both their purchase of a new home and sale of their condo both happened during really exciting times in their lives. We were able to get under contract on their new home in Hendersonville the week of their wedding in November. And then we went under contract for the sale of their condo the day before my sister was to give birth to her baby girl, Isabella. I’m thankful to have been the one they trusted to help them navigate the purchase and sale during such busy and exciting times in their lives.
