2022 is off to a great start, but I have had the chance to reflect and have so much gratitude for what 2021 brought. Many thanks to all of the amazing people I’ve had to honor to represent. At the Parks Annual Party I was the Rookie of the Year for my office, and at the Greater Nashville Realtors Awards of Excellence Gala I earned the Silver award. Awesome to be a part of the Parks Family!!

Here’s the market update for Davidson County. We are still in the midst of a sellers market, with lots of pent up buyer demand. With that said, and I know you have heard about how much homes are going for over ask - again, 63% of the homes sold went at or under list price, and it averaged out to be 100% list to sold average. So there are still buying opportunities.

You’ve heard the market is hot, but there is another side of the story. Buying is still possible, so if the conversation of a frenzy has you on the sidelines, we should talk.

There are exceptions to the rule… yes, some are going over ask at an astounding figure, but that is NOT the norm!

Also- creativity is a must in this market. These first time buyers expanded their search area and we found this beautiful new construction farm house style for under $250,000.
