Congratulations to my good buddy Kyle Griffin. He’s a busy guy with a beautiful family, a thriving career and his new house renovations. Luckily he hired an agent that has the right tools, a few handyman skills and doesn’t mind going above and beyond for his clients. After some touch up paint, clean gutters, loads of mulch/gravel, landscaping, grass cutting, w**d eating, helping him move and helping with a new deck we were ready for the market. The hard work paid off and his house sold for more than he expected. Proof that a little TLC before listing can pay dividends at the closing table. Any agent can make recommendations to increase the sales price but can your agent help you with some of those repairs/upgrades? I didn’t think so. Thanks for another smooth close . Congratulations to my very good friends Kyle and Jessica Griffin. As their two kiddos started approaching the school age, they decided to move to an area with a highly rated school system, which lead them to Wilson county. Finding a home in a family friendly walkable neighborhood with accommodations was high on the priority list. They also wanted a property that had room for improvements.
