One of our agents just spoke with a seller client this morning and advised that for them, it’s probably not exactly the right time. Average home prices are up ⬆️
Inventory is up ⬆️

What does that mean for sellers? 🧐
Buyers have more options today than last month, but fewer buyers are actually closing. If you’re selling your home, you need an expert strategy and realistic expectations. The days of 40k over list are gone and while some sellers are still seeing multiple offer situations, sellers who refuse to accept the market shift and demand buyers bend over backwards to buy their home, are not and more importantly, their homes are not selling.
Offering to help buyers get into the home, staging and professional photos, and correctly pricing your home right off the bat are all ESSENTIAL right now.
