� بتفكر تشتري بيت؟ ممكن تكون مؤهل تاخد لحد 5% من قيمة القرض كمساعدة غير مستردة! 💰

مثال بسيط: لو بتشتري بيت بـ $500,000، ممكن تحصل على $25,000 مساعدة غير مستردة، حسب شروط البرنامج وأهليتك.

✨ ممكن استخدام:

🏠 لو بتأجر بيتك، خليك حريص على عقد الإيجار!

لو كتبت عقد إيجار لمدة سنة، وانتهت السنة وسمحت للمستأجر يكمل من غير عقد جديد، ممكن تتحول العلاقة إلى Month-to-Month Tenancy حسب شروط العقد والقانون المطبق.

✅ الأفضل إنك تجدد العقد أو توثّق كتابيًا شروط الاستمرار قبل انتهاء المدة.

ولو احتجت تنهي الإيجار، وجود عقد واضح + إشعارات مكتوبة + الالتزام بقواعد الإخلاء القانونية بيساعدك جدًا ويحمي حقوقك.

Always protect your investment with the right paperwork.

If you rent out your property on a one-year lease, don’t let the lease expire and simply allow the tenant to stay without addressing the lease terms. Depending on the lease and applicable law, the tenancy may continue on a month-to-month basis.

ممكن تساعدك تتجنب أو تقلل Mortgage Insurance وتوفر عليك فلوس أكتر على المدى الطويل. 💰
