Today's real estate tidbit.....Greater Nashville Realtors just released July numbers. Sales were up 12% from July 2019 with 4703 closings for the month compared to 4189 closings in July 2019. Interest rates are under 3% right now for a 30 year loan (all depending on credit,etc....) Great time to buy or refinance.

In our daily conversations lately we are getting questions on "how is the market with everything that is 'going on'?" The short answer is that the market is still really strong. We are in the traditional buying/selling season right now. Nashville's economy remains very strong and interest rates are very favorable. This morning our company announced that new contracts that our agents turned in over this weekend were about double what they normally are over a busy weekend. So that in a nutshell is the real estate news. Stay safe out there, follow CDC guidelines, and hang in there! Call us if you need anything.
