Just a quick reminder for my credit repair clients 🤍

If you need to speak with me over the phone about your credit, please schedule a consultation first. I know sometimes it feels easier to just call, but I’m not always in a position where I can stop what I’m doing and answer.

Credit repair is one part of my life. I’m also a Realtor, a mom, and I have responsibilities outside of both businesses, so I have to keep some type of structure with my time.

Now, if you need immediate attention or have a quick question, TEXT ME. Honestly, texting is usually the fastest way to get a response from me, especially if you don’t want to wait for an available consultation.

I want everybody to have access to me when they need help. I just need y’all to use the proper channels so I can give everybody the attention they deserve. ❤️

Quick PSA for ALL of my Credit Repair clients

If your Facebook name is something like “That Girl,” “Miss CeCe,” “Pretty Brown,” etc… pleaseeee don’t message me on Facebook asking me to check your credit file

Y’all have been doing this A LOT lately and I have way too many clients to match Facebook nicknames to the names in my system.

Anything regarding your credit file, disputes, updates, billing, documents, etc. needs to go through my direct client line only. That’s where I can actually identify you and handle whatever you need.

Yall facebook names be stressing me out 😭😂

Before you apply for a credit card CHECK IF THAT LENDER HAS A PRE-APPROVAL/PREQUALIFICATION TOOL FIRST.

Some of you are collecting hard inquiries just trying s**t to see what they can get approved for.

Some lenders let you check potential offers with a soft pull first, meaning checking itself doesn’t hurt your score.

Capital One is one example that currently does this.

But listen prequalified does NOT automatically mean approved with every lender. Read what the lender actually says before applying.

Stop throwing applications at the wall. 😂 Be strategic with your credit.
