Greater Nashville Apartment Association GNAA is the multifamily rental housing association for Nashville and its surrounding counties.

The Greater Nashville Apartment Association is the multi-family housing trade association for the Nashville and Middle Tennessee area. Celebrating over 47 years in business, The Greater Nashville Apartment Association has become the largest organization dedicated to rental housing in the state of Tennessee and is an affiliate of the Tennessee Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association. Currently, The Greater Nashville Apartment Association represents over 850 members and over 95,000 apartment homes.

🍖 Now that's how you bring the heat! 🔥

More than 200 people came together for B**r, Butts & BBQ, and what a night it was! From the BBQ cook-off and cake walk to the dessert auction and NextGen's Dunk Tank, our community brought the energy, generosity, and competitive spirit.

Together, we raised $23,500 for the GNAA Emergency Relief Fund, which provides retail gift cards to residents who have experienced natural disasters. Because a little support can go a long way when life takes an unexpected turn.

A special shout-out to the NextGen Dunk Tank, which raised $550! Thank you to everyone who took a shot, got dunked, and helped make it happen.

Election Night is one of our favorite GNAA traditions, and this year we’re bringing back all the Halloween fun you know and love.

We’ll announce the 2026 GNAA Board of Directors, but that’s not the only reason to join us. Whether you’re running for the Board or just looking for a good excuse to dress up, you’re invited.

🌟 Member Monday: Nadia Coleman 🌟

Nadia Coleman’s career journey is a great example of reinvention and taking a chance on yourself.

Her career began in fashion and skincare in Los Angeles before she transitioned into commercial property management. When unexpected life changes brought Nadia back to Tennessee to care for her family, an opportunity with Greystar opened the door to Nashville’s multifamily industry.

Today, Nadia is the Community Manager at Broadstone SoBro, where she continues to grow as a leader and make an impact in the industry. Her involvement with GNAA has also given her opportunities to give back, including serving as a leader of the Philanthropic Committee and a Leadership Lyceum candidate. Her dedication has earned her recognition as a Rising Above Success Award winner. 🌟

For Nadia, success isn’t just about where your career takes you. It’s about embracing each chapter, showing up with purpose, and continuing to grow along the way.

Outside of work, Nadia enjoys making memories and exploring new adventures with her five-year-old daughter, Clarke Kelley. She’s also challenging herself with new hobbies, currently learning tennis and considering golf as her next adventure! 🎾⛳️
