One of the biggest blessings of being in real estate is the people I get to meet along the way. 🤍

Between this career and starting Girls Mean Business, I’ve had the opportunity to connect with so many incredible people across different industries, hear their stories, and build relationships that go far beyond business.

I’m truly so grateful for the community I get to be a part of and the people who continue to support and encourage one another.

My hope is that throughout my career, I can do more than just help people buy and sell homes. I want to make a positive impact, serve others well, and hopefully be a blessing to as many people as I can.

A lot of real estate advice sounds smart because it’s been repeated for years. 🤭

That doesn’t always mean it still fits the market you’re in now.

“Wait until spring.” “You need 20% down.” None of those ideas are automatically right or wrong on their own.

The problem is treating them like rules instead of looking at the actual situation in front of you. 👏

Timing depends on what else is on the market. Pricing depends on how buyers are responding right now. Financing depends on the loan options available to you and what actually makes sense for your budget.

That’s why I’d rather give someone context than a canned answer.
