Nashville, get ready. Levain Bakery is officially headed to 12 South! 🍪

The iconic New York City-based bakery, known for its BIG, hearty, gooey cookies, is set to open its first Tennessee location in the former Burger Up space. What began as a small neighborhood bakery on West 74th Street in 1995 quickly became a sensation after The New York Times called its chocolate chip cookies “what may possibly be the largest, most divine chocolate chip cookies in Manhattan.”

Now, with more than 20 locations across the country, Levain is bringing its famously crispy-on-the-outside, ooey-gooey-in-the-middle cookies to Nashville.

An opening date has yet to be announced, but you can bet I’ll be keeping an eye on this one. 12 South just got a whole lot sweeter.
