To all of my Real Estate Agent friends who are not with Benchmark Realty.

I would like to invite you to switch to Benchmark and see what a great Real Estate company it is. I have been with other Real Estate Agencies in the past and I enjoyed working with them but I did not realize the difference until I switched to Benchmark.

Benchmark offers everything the others offer and more, but instead of paying 20%-30% of my commission to the Agency now I just pay a one time fee of $550.00 per transaction. Other fees I pay are Realtracs: $45. mo.; Agency Fee: $75.00 mo. This means I get to keep most of the Commission.

There is a difference and I am so glad I switched. Please let me know if you are interested and let me help you switch too. Benchmark is offering a referral fee to agents who recruit new agents. Now is a good time to switch with so many changes happening.

Mortgage rates have significantly fallen and this means we hope to see a major increase in Buyers entering the market and multiple competitive offers once again.

For Sellers this means the price is negotiable and you will be less likely to have to offer to cover closing costs, repairs, etc. and for Buyers this means you have an opportunity to buy when both home prices and rates are great and there is a good supply.

Buyer's will soon be paying the Buyer's Agent Commission and the Seller will be paying only the Listing Agent's Commission. At this time this is negotiable.
