We are the Nashville federation of the International Building Owners and Managers Association. Come network with us! An RSVP is required each month.

We aim to actively and responsibly represent and promote the interests of the commercial real estate industry. BOMA NASHVILLE is the Nashville chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association. The purpose of the Building Owners and Managers Association is to actively and responsibly represent and promote the interests of the commercial real estate industry through effective leadership and advocacy, through the collection, analysis and dissemination of information, and through professional development. Our monthly meetings are a luncheon held on the second Wednesday of each month at Maggianos on West End in Nashville. Attending BOMA Luncheons is a great way to get involved in the association. Each luncheon features a speaker of interest to the commercial real estate industry. Luncheons also provide members with an opportunity to network with others engaged in the industry through an informal setting. BOMA luncheons are free for registered members. To attend a luncheon, you must be a registered member or be invited as a guest by a member. The fee for guests to attend is $35.00. Guests may attend twice a year and a reservation including the guest name must be made below by a current member.

This month, BOMA Nashville is excited to feature Elizabeth Carroll, Owner of EverLine Coatings and Services in Middle Tennessee. Elizabeth has owned EverLine for nearly five years and has been involved with BOMA Nashville for two years. Her team helps property managers protect and improve their properties through pavement maintenance services, including pothole repair, sealcoating, line striping, and parking accessory installation.

Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her husband, cheering on the Tennessee Vols, and visiting Nashville favorites like Iggy’s and Dino’s. Her dream coffee guest would be Shaq, who shares her birthday and might have some great business advice to offer!

We’re proud to highlight Elizabeth and the work she continues to do for properties throughout Middle Tennessee!

Today, we are proud to highlight Angela Grai for this month's Team Member Spotlight! As BOMA Nashville’s Association Executive, Angela is integral to our daily operations and overall success.

With 17 years of experience within the BOMA network—including 8 years as AE for BOMA Memphis—Angela brings unmatched expertise to our federation. She guides our Board on association best practices, ensures 501(c)(6) governance compliance, and keeps all of our membership details and events running seamlessly behind the scenes.

A hospitality and resort management graduate, Angela loves dining at Sushi by Bou and spending her free time traveling or poolside with her husband, Joe, and their two children, Henry and Juniper. Fun fact: Her husband proposed to her right after a BOMA Conference in Hawaii before they went skydiving!

We are very appreciative of her and happy belated birthday!
