Congratulations to the Parson Family on your new home! When I tell God always has a plan. I have to tell a little story.
I received a text from my previous client, Bryan Stone. He said Staci, I’m referring one of my boys from Memphis to you. I thanked him and sure enough his friend gave me a call. After a short conversation, I sent him the information to get preapproved. Lender one, Staci there is no way to do a loan right now. They will have to wait. I hung up the phone with that lender, and called another one of my lenders. I said Michelle it’s Staci, I need your help. I have a family that has some extenuating circumstances and we have to get them in a home in the next 30 days. I cried as I told her their story. Michelle said send me everything I need. I’ll do it.
Well, we got start found the perfect home and contracted it. After a few days the listing agent reaches out to me to remind me that the buyers had to be preapproved with their lender. I called the buyers and Michelle. I said we know their lender can’t do this file. We need to all call and see if we can get their lender on our side and get this file closed with our current lender. Side note, my client applied with their preferred lender and they never asked us for one document. We were praying, nervous and scrambling. We get the home inspection and appraisal done quickly.

*Appraisal comes back, equity. Thank you God!
*No one asked us for a letter. Thanks you God! *We closed on time. Thanks you God!
*Now my clients and their new baby have a home! Thank you God!
