Customize Home:
This is where your house becomes your home. Start with modifying your plan or creating your own entirely, then work alongside our designer during the selections process to decide on interior/exterior colors and materials.

Home Construction:
Meet your Project Manager and Sales Agent who will walk you through the process of building your custom home. Follow along the process via our customer portal and through scheduled walks.

Closing:
Get your keys, you’re moving in! We will notify you 30-45 days prior to your homes completion and begin to schedule your final home orientation and closing appointment
