My sweet mom went to be with Jesus last week. I flew back to San Antonio last second to be with her and my family while she was in the hospital taking her last breaths. Everything was very peaceful for her which we were so thankful for. My dad is so shook up but everyone is surrounding him with love, patience, and acts of service. It’s been really awesome to watch. The crazy thing is that my mom left behind so many hidden breadcrumbs and Easter eggs for us over the years and we are just now finding them. I guess we never had a reason to search before, but we are now discovering like 40 years worth of prayer journals, Bible studies, written thoughts for all of her kids, grandkids, and great grandkids, family stories, etc. She was just full of wisdom, daily prayers, and thoughts for her family. She was our center and matriarch. Everyone in her circle came to her for advice, prayer, a listening ear, food, you name it. I know she is present with the Lord and that gives me more peace than anything. The last words she ever said to me were “Thank you Jesus.” I will now be carrying her memory and legacy with me and my own family, and will pass down all that she taught me. Love you so much mom❤️

They say you shouldn’t play favorites with clients — but there’s almost two decades of friendship here. These were some of my first real friends after moving to Nashville. We’ve supported each other through touring & multiple music endeavors, marriages, multiple businesses, ups & downs with health, multiple babies, the list goes on, and now real estate. I’m thrilled to have this downtown Franklin dream home under contract for some of our best friends! This place has it all — fully renovated and walkable to the downtown square, multiple wood-burning fireplaces, a fully finished basement, and room to add an accessory structure w/ an apartment out back. The kind of home that feels like a forever chapter. Add in the crisp autumn air and those golden Franklin leaves, and it’s hard not to fall in love all over again. Congrats guys!!!🍂🏡

Closed in Donelson!!! Congratulations to my first time home buyers on strategically purchasing their new home especially during a slower time in real estate. There was literally zero competition out there, so we could browse uninterrupted and squeeze out a great deal when it came to deciding on the perfect spot. She’s here❤️ Introducing this little squish, Brooklyn Marie Juarez. We’ll probably call her B or Brookie or some other cute version, but we are completely smitten with this perfect baby girl. God has blessed us with two beautiful children — and now we are able to give Jude the longest relationship he will ever have on earth in a baby sister. We are so grateful for our incredible support team of doulas, midwives, nurses, and family+friends. Let me tell you, Megan labored like a freaking warrior. She went head on into intense Pitocin contractions and gave them hell. And then when she was ready, she pushed for about 20 minutes and dad was able to catch B just like with Jude. Glory. Brooklyn was also 41 weeks and just shy of 8lbs — so I think she’ll be an allstar soccer, volleyball, or softball player. Gotta teach them young.

Gotta be one of my favorite closings of the summer! One of the highest compliments you could give in real estate is when you refer your agent out to a friend — that is exactly what happened here.
