Phil Zuehlke- Realtor/Broker I'm the managing Broker for Southwestern Real Estate in Nashville. I love people and love real estate! Why pick me?

You've heard the saying everyone and their Aunt is a realtor. That may be true since there's roughly 2000 realtors in Nashville. Well I'm motivated, young and tenacious in working with my clients. I sold books door to door in college and I bring that same work ethic to Real Estate. 2025 was a great year! We just had our kick off event for our Brokerage. I was #5 in our whole company in sales, and whats even more awesome is Annie and Stacey in my Nashville office were #8 and #10. So glad to be surrounded by such talent! I also am celebrating 10 years in real estate! Its been a blast! What is so amazing is I sold $400,000 in home sales total in my first 3 years. Yes total! It was a very slow start and I even contemplated quitting. But these last 7 years... I've sold $60,000,000 in home sales! So blessed for all my friends and clients who I have helped buy and sell real estate over the years. Im looking forward to these next 10 years!
