it. Our balcony has an unobstructed view of the Cumberland River and is the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee and breathtaking sunrise. We've done our best to anticipate all your needs during your visit: our "mini bar" includes a few snacks (popcorn, assorted granola bars, pretzels) and all things needed to make a good cup of coffee in the morning. There's plenty of plush towels to accommodate the number of days you'll be with us, hair dryers under the master bathroom sink (they're too bulky to travel with in our opinion) and free wifi and cable in case you're forced to do some work or our 'mind of it's own' TN weather forces you to enjoy some indoor R & R.

The Riverfront Condos were uniquely renovated from the old, Iron Works Plant into quaint 1 and 2 bedroom units. The Riverfront boasts, private covered parking, an on- site laundry facility, gym, an outdoor pool, fire pit area and communial outdoor grill. It's located just a mile from our infamous Broadway bars, restaurants and unique Nashville-centric shops. We currently have two 1 bedroom/1 bathroom units that are next door to one another on the 2nd floor. Our balcony offers an unobstructed view of the Cumberland River and is the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee and breathtaking sunrise.
