With a background largely spent representing a builder, I’ve had the advantage of viewing real estate through a distinctive lens. As a Sales Manager for a leading homebuilder, I oversaw thousands of transactions valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars, gaining insights into every facet of the buying and selling process. From collaborating with lenders, title companies, and inspectors to handling complex transactions, I understand that no two real estate experiences are the same. In August 2024, I embarked on a new chapter by founding Patio Realty, leveraging my skills and experience to offer a client experience that’s second to none.
