Great video that has some basic principles in it and things to chew on. The double digit growth in equity is over for most areas and possibly flat appreciation is more likely.

Buying a home is not just about appreciation but stability and other reasons.

I personally have purchased 3 homes and it has been one of the best decisions I ever made versus renting.
