One of the things that we get asked each day is to try to forecast the Nashville rental market. We have even had a panel discussion on the myths surrounding things like how many people are actually moving into the Nashville area. We keep telling people to expand their reading across platforms. Money magazine has gone strictly digital, but lists Nashville as he #5 destination for workers. Read and then ask PMC how we might help you with your investment rental property.

The Fed moved to curb inflation by rapidly raising interest rates. Although inflation has shown signs of moderating, the labor market remains strong, putting the Central Bank in a difficult position as it attempts to bring inflation back to its 2% target without causing a recession.

In "Turkey's Away," which first aired on Oct. 30, 1978, the radio station is advertising a special turkey giveaway in the spirit of the holiday. What's not known is that bumbling station manager Arthur Carlson (Gordon Jump) is planning to give them away by throwing live turkeys out of a helicopter....

The highlight of our week was the special visit we got from our Lead Leasing Coordinator, Daniela Alvarez, who joined us in Nashville after traveling all the way from Mexico! She returns home today, but it's been a joy having Daniela work from our home office!
