When we first partnered with Ellie, Joe, and Dan, the world looked a lot different. Navigating the real estate market during the early, uncertain days of the pandemic was uncharted territory for everyone. These three wanted to team up on a property that fit their individual needs and provided the option of rental income. We found them the perfect duplex for just that purpose!
Ellieโs words after that first transaction said it best:
