RentNash is currently seeking an experienced, energetic and service-oriented Residential Property Maintenance Technician. You will be responsible for independently completing work orders, unit turns, communicating with vendors and other required tasks.

Responsibilities:
* Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
* Estimate time and extent of repairs
* Perform routine preventive maintenance
* Complete vacant turns consisting of maintenance punch, paint, installation of hardware/fixtures
* Complete apartment renovations if applicable
* Communicate with Property Manager and office staff
* Complete all required training and follow company policies and procedures
* Emergency On-call after hours and on the weekends
* Complete any other duties/tasks assigned
* HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing work

Qualifications:
* Previous experience in maintenance at apartment communities or single family homes for at least 2 years preferred
* Plumbing, Electric, HVAC background preferred
* Must be a team player and have a great attitude
* Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
* Strong organizational skills
* Ability to handle physical workload
* Deadline and detail-oriented
* Follow budget and inventory protocol

Pay per hour and will be based on experience and certifications.

* Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Experience:
* Plumbing, Electric, HVAC: 1 year (preferred)
* Residential Maintenance Technician: 3 years (Preferred)
