We have been made aware that homeowners are experiencing the following issues:
• Not receiving the 2021 coupon books
• Auto payments being returned
• Online payment options not working through the Timmons Portal. We apologize for the inconveniences this has caused and assure you that we are working diligently to resolve all issues.
Please read the following information:
If your dues are paid annually without a coupon book, then please mail your check to the following address:

(Please add your 10 digit account number)
LATE FEES:
Please know that you will not be charged a late fee for January as long as payments are received no later than January 31st.
COMMUNICATIONS:
In December Timmons requested our mail processing center to send letters notifying all homeowners of our change in banks. We requested the letters to be mailed with the 2021 coupon books. We have been notified that due to a COVID outbreak in the printing facility, the letters and coupon books were delayed. We anticipate all homeowners will receive the coupon books and letters no later than January 18, 2021.
ONLINE PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Some homeowners have experienced issues processing payments through the Timmons Community Portals. We hope to have these issues resolved no later than January 9th.
AUTO PAYMENTS:
If your auto payment was rejected/returned, please do not attempt to process again until you receive your 2021 coupon book with the correct information. Once the new books are received, please utilize the information provided to set up new payments through your banking institution.
COUPON BOOKS/MAILING PAYMENTS:
If you normally pay utilizing a coupon book please, do not mail your check until you receive your 2021 coupon book.

If you have not received your coupon book by January 18th, please email us with the following subject line: Coupon book not received-community name-homeowner last name-street address. We will respond and advise of the next steps.
