I just love this area. Woodlawn. It's what living in the country really feels like. This new listing is on 2.3 acres and is on a dead end street. This home is located on Farm Circle and, while in a subdivision, has no restrictions. Hence, the neighbors have pets - but not just your normal pets - among which are two turkeys (one male, one female I believe), geese, chickens, etc. There is a great park just up the street - Woodlawn Park - which has soccer & baseball fields, tennis/pickle ball court, great playground for kids, a pavillion, etc. This home has a deep lot. there is a great cleared back yard, there is a walking trail to the back area with trees and a peaceful, a sitting area which has been cleared out.
