✨Under Contract✨ I couldn’t be happier for one of my close friends for being under contract on this home. We both had a good feeling on this house, but when her original offer was put as the official back up offer she was a little discouraged. I informed her that contracts fall out for all sorts of reasons you just never know. Flash back to last Monday when we got the good news that she was officially under contract. When I’m bartending downtown people always ask “is Nashville like this all the time?” The answer is yes and no. You can find writers rounds at the beginning of the week, bigger shows on the weekends, seasonal events, and pop up events (tacos and margarita’s is coming!🌮). But in our “slow” season it can be a little more tame.
