When browsing for homes, it’s important not to dismiss homes solely based on DOM (days on market). Many assume that a property sitting for an extended period signals a significant issue, but that’s not always the case. There are several reasons a home may linger on the market—perhaps it was initially overpriced, or repairs were needed that the sellers are willing to address. Or, perhaps consumers have preconceived notions based on other homes they've seen listed by the same company!
