Some buyers are out there looking for houses on homes.com and Zillow, and they don't want to commit to an agent. In the past, the only solutions offered to these people were either hire an agent anyway, or hope for the best with the listing agent. We felt the industry could do better. Introducing: BuyUnrepped.

Quite the opposite. Most people want white-glove service. Some people may not want white-glove service, but they're purchasing a property that requires it. The people who want to DIY the home-buying process should still have an option that lets them make sound decisions > without landing the listing agent in hot water. Much like a traditional brokerage, we rely on our relationships with other local agents to provide great service.

BuyUnrepped is REALTOR®-affiliated, and our top agents are here to support you behind the scenes and make sure you don't do anything silly.

We help you decide what terms will most help you reach your goals while keeping you aligned with market norms.

It's called a comparative market analysis: a CMA. We also include any MLS documents and disclosures, and give you questions we think you should ask the listing agent before and after the offer.

We screenshare the offer, pre-filled with the information you gave us at intake, then take the next hour to review pricing, strategy, and terms, while we edit it together LIVE before you e-sign.

Once you've signed, you get an email that brings you back to your dashboard, where you submit the offer from your actual email address with the click of a button. The listing agent and co-buyer emails and the body of the email are already templated - you just review, approve, and send. Easy peasy.

Once you go under contract, we circulate all documents to your lender, the title company, and the listing agent so everyone has what they need. We help you facilitate inspections, make sure you know every deadline and what it entails, and coordinate closing and your final walk-through.
