A few weekends ago, a builders agent called me to ask if I could help some buyers. They had 3 main criteria: 1. Home needed to be close to her grands. 2. One level living. 3. The yard must accommodate an in-ground pool install or already have one! 1 & 2 were easy. 3 was challenging. Hence why the builder’s agent didn’t have the right property. Septic tank placement made putting in a pool impossible. I’m honored this great agent trusted me to do the job and I’m thrilled to report that my clients are under contract with ALL 3 criteria being met! And the in-ground pool is absolutely gorgeous!
