It is official, yesterday SHR acquired two more units. A studio apartment that came complete with installed long term tenant, and a cute three bedroom two bath cottage. Some minor work in terms of repairs and it will be ready to go right after Christmas. A couple tenants in the Apartment building have already requested first dibbs on the cottage, so not sure what I will have for availability yet.
