One thing that stood out was his attention to detail. He didn’t sleepwalk through the contract and documents, and making sure we understood what we were signing and every part of the deal, including long HOA docs. He joined us multiple times during blue tape walkthroughs and was assertive in making sure we communicated what needed to be done, what the finished expectation was, and followed up on the work. We bought a new build so there wasn’t much to negotiate, but he did a good job being firm and clear with the builder without escalating things unnecessarily (e.g. their team wasn’t the easiest to work with when scheduling appointments and he handled it well). This is just a guess on my part, but my gut says he’d be great at getting the best deal when settling on price/concessions/ etc. He’s also just easy to work with. He replies to text/calls quickly and his personality makes the potentially-stressful buying process enjoyable. Would definitely recommend him.” -Karl & Adriana
