2ļøāƒ£ In case you didnā€™t know, Iā€™m an Enneagram Type 2 to my coreā€”which means I care deeply, maybe too deeply sometimes. I want everyone to feel seen, supported, and taken care ofā€¦ and if Iā€™m honest with my perfectionist self (my wing 3), I also want to get it right every single timeā€¦.

But this job has a special way of humbling you. Sometimes factors are out of your control and not every deal is perfect. Not every outcome goes how you planned. And no matter how hard you try, you canā€™t always make everyone happy.

Iā€™ve had to learn that doing my best doesnā€™t mean doing it perfectlyā€”it means showing up as my authentic self, owning my mistakes, and learning from them. It means having the hard conversations, setting boundaries, and remembering that my worth isnā€™t tied to performance.

šŸ¤Still, I wouldnā€™t trade the heart I bring to this. Because caring deeply is my super power ā€”even when it stretches me. It helps me to empathize with my clients and my teammates and want to work so hard to help them achieve their goals. I often tell my clients ā€œIā€™ll treat this as if it were my own home.ā€ And I genuinely mean that.
